Engine type. 6-cylinder YMZ-530 family diesel engine, 4-stroke, in-line, with direct fuel injection, turbocharged, water-cooled with supercharged air intercooler of the “air-to-air” type installed on the vehicles. Engine meets the emission class euro 4 - for road machinery – UN Regulations No. 49-04В1, No.24-03.

Design features. The EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system and РМ-САТ (catalyst converter) are applied to achieve the emission class euro-4.

Fuel supply system. Fuel supply system: of common rail type (ECRS) by R. Bosch. The system provides injection pressure 1800 bar.

Control system sensor and switching device:

• Speed sensor,
• Phase sensor,
• Fuel pressure sensor,
• Fuel temperature sensor,
• Charge air temperature sensor,
• Charge air pressure sensor,
• Coolant temperature sensor,
• Oil pressure sensor.

Cooling and lubricating systems are designed to ensure the condition of 40 kW / l and have high potential to further boost. Accessory gear drive is located from the side of the flywheel and provides a low level of torsional vibrations and noise not more than 93 dB (A). The closed crankcase gas ventilation system is integrated into the cylinder head cover. No maintenance is required.

Options

There is a possibility to install the following:

• pneumatic brake compressor with output up to 350 l/min and up to 500 l/min;
• steering booster pump;
• air conditioner compressor;
• starting preheater and cabin heater;
• hydraulic pump drive.

The engines may be completed with clutches and gearboxes according to SAE 1 standards.
